Apple executive creative director Hiroki Asai is part of the 10-member executive team. His crew of art directors, writers, motion graphic designers, developers, and designers are responsible for every piece of marketing communications excluding advertising. They can design, produce, and engineer all communications work from every creative discipline inhouse. The group has grown to around 600 staffers.

Facebook recently hired our friend Scott Trattner as executive creative director to manage their growing inhouse creative team.
