SYDNEY (Boscutti Report) — Australian political fans have turned on former Prime Minister Paul Keating, labelling him a ‘spoiled brat’ and ‘arrogant tool’ for his continued sarcastic comments on Australian politicians.
Mr Keating lashed the media and boasted about his tea cup collection on Tuesday.
‘I just count tea cups, that's all I do. I count my very valuable fine bone china tea cups,’ he told reporters.
‘You go do what I did. Good luck with that.’
Labor Leader Bill Shorten said Mr Keating’s behaviour was ‘self inflicted’ and disappointed political fans blasted him as being undeserving and an embarrassment to Australia.
Mr Shorten said he had no sympathy for Mr Keating. ‘Maybe stop for a second and think of the tea cups you've left on the table,’ he wrote on Twitter.
