Boscutti Report - Turnbull knocks out Labor in fight over ‘African gang’ violence

GEELONG (Boscutti Report) — Prime Minister Malcolm Turnbull has brawled with Victorian Labor MP and Acting Victorian Premier James Merlino in a slugfest over the issue of ‘African gang’ violence.

Turnbull won by TKO in the eleventh round. They fought a close and cautious first four rounds. In the fifth, Turnbull came out and barraged Merlino to the canvas. Merlino rose up and dominated Turnbull for the remainder of the round, battering him and scoring his own knockdown in round six.

The next few rounds were again cautious, both men wary of each other, until a reinvigorated Turnbull attacked Merlino in round 11, sending him to the canvas. Merlino again rose but Turnbull knocked him down for a second time in the round, then sent a barrage of punches while Merlino was against the ropes that made the referee stop the fight.

Pundits said Merlino didn’t stand a chance against the political heavyweight.
