It’s not about getting to the front page of Google. That’s just attention.
A lot of things will get us attention. (Tottering down Bourke Street with our pants around our ankles will get us attention. And hopefully arrested.)
Getting attention doesn’t necessarily generate interest. Getting attention is just one element of our communications. If we can’t turn that attention into interest and then into action, we’re wasting our time and money.
The main aim of our communications is to get our prospect’s interest and convince them to take action.
