Value is transformation

The way to create value for people is to help them transform.

Create stories embedded in products or service that help people get from where they don’t want to be (Point A) to where they want to be (Point B).

Whatever you create is the bridge that takes them from Point A to Point B in the easiest, clearest and most rewarding way possible.

If your creation doesn’t drive a transformation, it’s probably not valuable.
