The words and language we choose to use can evoke a tumult of emotions.
Writing is the easiest and most cost-effective way to create emotions. If we talk about the emotional benefits our products and services deliver in the right language, we’re talking the right language.
Ask ourselves how the language makes a reader feel. Does a reader feel the emotional benefits our products and services deliver?
If so, why? If not, why not? It’s easy to dismiss words or treat them as an afterthought. But at the end of the day, words are we have. Our language can make all the difference.
