How to write

Just start writing.

Don’t stop writing. Keep writing.

Don’t second guess yourself. Don’t try and make it perfect. In fact, mess it up. Fack it up.

Don’t make it right. Make it write. Make like you’re playing music rather than ‘writing’. Too many people freeze up thinking they’re going to make a mistake.

Writing is learning. And learning is the process of making mistakes. The more mistakes you make, the quicker you discover what not to do and learn what to do.

You can go back and clean anything up. It’s just letters and words, pencils and pixels.

Keep writing until you’ve eliminated everything you’re not happy with.
